This is my first blog and am hoping this is not my last!
Last year I attended a Positive Psychology course which was really interesting and useful. We were taught many useful techniques for becoming more positive and hopefully leading more happier lives.
One technique I came across was keeping a gratitude journal, detailing all the good things that have happened to you on a regular basis. By focusing on the positive expeiences in your life should eventually make you feel positive all the time and in the end turn you into a positive, optimistic and happy person.
This blog is my experiment in firstly trying to come up with positive experiences on a regular basis and then to see if it can change my currently gloomy outlook in life to a more positive one. Being quite a pessimistic and a glass half full kind of person this is going to be quite a challenge.
Lets see if it works!
